With an award-winning knack for connecting people to people (she received the International Business Matchmaking of the Year Award from a women’s organization she belongs to), Penny is the perfect Business Development Manager and Recruiter for CHR. Working alongside the company’s leadership, Penny is always on the lookout for awesome agents to join the CHR family.

Penny is a natural connector and is drawn to people with good character and integrity. She listens well and pays attention to qualities in people that enable her to build a solid base of referrals. Networking is definitely her strong suit!

When she’s not helping people find other people so they all succeed, you will find Penny enjoying her love of cooking or her love of travel. Even though she’s lived in Denver most of her life, she has traveled the world, including a 7-month adventure when she was 25. Her favorite? New Zealand. Still on her bucket list? An African safari!

Penny lived in Ethiopia when she was two (probably where she was bitten by the travel bug), loves disco and 70’s music, is a Broncos fan and is planning to get back into skiing this year. She considers herself a good friend and is blessed with many good friends as well.
